Prinz Eugen von Daroyen 1st Dragoons Regiment (Moor, Hungary August, 1863), and 2nd Dragoon Regiment

Josef Vavrovsky was a reservest of the !st Regiment. He was given the permission to wed by the Prinz. Matej Vavrovsky was a reservest of the 2nd Dragoon. Where can I find a history of this Prinz Eugen van Daroyen and his Dragoons? In 1863 was the feudal system still in existance?
