Fathers' roots

After years of searching for my fathers’ roots, found that my surname is different than his. My birth certificate has BAILLEY, his name on passport was BELEJ!!!

Would like to get connect to like surnames to see if I can locate Dads’ stomping grounds in Czechoslovak (or Slovak as that is where my Mother was born)from around 1900-1920!!
