Kopejtko, especially in Ludina or Seliste

My ancestors, named Kopejtko (with various spellings), were said to be Czechs who moved to Croatia in the 1800s, to the area of Seliste and Velika Ludina in Croatia. When they later migrated to the United States the few documents I have from 1909-1922, said they were issued by the Czech Republic as their “home” country.
Does anyone have any information about the Kopejtko family, or these villages?
