Researching my Czech family. Jakub Bulin of Kyrov,Plzen,Bohemia married Rozalie Fujanova of Koryta,Plzen, Bohemia. Their son, my great-great-grandfather, was Vaclav Bulin. He married Anna Lemuel Motyskova, widow of Jan Rezac, of Jarov, Plzen, Bohemia. Vaclav and Anna’s son, James Vaclav Buline, married Frances Henik. Frances was the daughter of Vaclav Henik and Anna Bulin. Their son, my grandfather, was Charles Ferdinand Buline. He married Alma Hudachek, daughter of John Hudachek and Mary Zennisek (Zenisek, Zenishek). Mary was the daughter of Josef Zenisek and Katerna Kohl. Josef was the son of Jakub Zenisek. John Hudachek was the son of Martin Hudachek and Anna Krob. Anna was the daughter of Jan Krob.

VOY TASSAK, JURCAK

My wife’s father Laios Vojtassak (Louis Voy Tassak) b.1900, Left Treztena, Hungry on the Kronprinz Wilhelm Ship from Bremen April 19, 1910 and arrived at Ellis Island April 26, 1910. He was going to the US to live with his mother Irene Jurcak. The spelling of his home town is Ellis Island’s spelling. I need a good source of town names in Bohemia/Hungry for the 1900 to 1910 time frame so I can identify where he came from. Any ideas?

looking for info on ZELENKA family, from Strakonice area,Jan Zelenka,wife Anna,maiden name not known
children; Julie,Josephine,Maria, Vaclav.Several other siblings, names not known.there were 13 children in total,5 boys, 8 girls.Vaclav was born Sept.20/1868, he was youngest of the boys,at least 3 of the girls older than him . One of the boys became priest, worked in boys school, Jan the father was a Miller,may have owned his own land . He remarried and fathered several more children. Lost all contact with Czech. family once Vaclav moved to England at age 15.He later moved to Alberta Canada.If anyone feels they have a possible connection or information on Zelenkas in their family that may connect with mine, i would welcome any responses. sincerely G.
