translated names

I just found my great grandfather’s(2nd) marriage info. and it gives his mother’s first name and father’s first name. He was married the first time in Austria and they both came to US in 1891. Lived at some point in Kolin, Bohemia where my grandfather was born. This 2nd marriage after his first wife died was in RI. My great grandfather’s name was Stefen Kdan. Anyway-it list his father’s name as Venzel J. and his mother as Otilja. Does anyone know if there is a translation to English for either of these names? Does anyone have any clues about the names. I am still searching for my great grandfather and mother’s birthplace. Not sure if this will give me any clues. I have seen them list their birthplace as Bohemia and Austria.
